Takumi’s Aviation is a modern classic cocktail made with gin, maraschino liqueur, Parfait d’Amour (a liquer created from a curaçao liqueur base), and lemon juice.
The cocktail was created by the head bartender, Takumi Watanabe, in Japan. It has an aromatic flower-powered, sweet taste and is very similar to the Aviation cocktail.

Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
3.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
