Creme de Mure

Crème de Mûre is a French fruit liqueur obtained from blackberries. This liqueur is alcoholic and is famous for its natural essence, quality, and authentic aroma. It's been traditionally made in France since the 1800s and is a powerful and layered liqueur: fruity, rich, bold, sweet, bright, and jammy.

Crème de mûre does contain alcohol, but its alcohol content is much lower than spirits such as gin or vodka. The typical ABV for crème de mûre is between 16-20% - around half of London Dry Gin.

Bramble

The Bramble is a cocktail best described as a spring cocktail, the Bramble brings together dry gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, crème de mûre, and crushed ice. The Bramble was named for the bush that blackberries grow on and was inspired by the fresh berries that Bradsell used to pick as a child on the Isle of Wight.
