Ruby port

Ruby port is the least costly and most widely produced type of port. After the fermentation process is complete, is deposited in tanks of concrete or stainless steel. This causes to stop oxidative aging and maintains its bright red color and full-bodied fruitiness. The wine is blended to meet the different styles.

Studies have shown that port wines contain high levels of flavonoids and antioxidants, which are great for brain health. This reduces free radical damage and lowers your risk of getting diseases like dementia or Alzheimer's.

The port has bold, sharp flavors of sweet raspberry sauce, cinnamon stick, and red hots. Acidity tastes high and persists through the finish with the burn of high alcohol.

It's a classic cocktail that use any combination of raw egg (either egg yolk, egg whites, or a whole egg), heavy cream, or simple syrup to create a creamy, froth-topped concoction.
