Sea salt

Sea salt is salt obtained by the evaporation of seawater. Is in use in foods, cooking, cosmetics, and preserving food. It is also called bay salt, solar salt, or simply salt.

Sea salt is composed of sodium chloride, a compound that helps regulate fluid balance and body blood pressure. Since it's minimally processed, it includes some minerals, including potassium, iron, and calcium. The pink Himalayan salt is much healthier than regular table salt because it has high amounts of vitamins and elements.
