Stout beer

Stout is a dark, top-fermented beer. It has many variations, including dry stout, oatmeal stout, milk stout, and imperial stout. Usually, stouts are stronger versions of mild ale.

The notorious stout contains antioxidants, known as flavonoids, commonly found in fruit and vegetables. These can reduce cholesterol and help decrease blood clots and heart attack attacks.
