Pink Lady

Pink Lady
3 minutes
The Pink Lady is a classic gin-based cocktail that was a favorite among high-society ladies from the 1930s through the 1950s. The exact origin of the cocktail is not known for sure.

The exact ingredients for the pink lady vary, but all variations use gin, grenadine (hence the pink color), and egg white in common. The cocktail consists of just these three ingredients. The egg white in this beverage makes a foamy top on the pink layer and creates a spectacular-looking cocktail.
