| 1 1/2 ounce Gin | |
| 1/2 ounce Applejack | |
| 3/4 ounce Lemon juice | |
| 1/4 ounce Grenadine | |
| 1 Egg white | |
| 1 garnish Brandied cherry |
Instructions

Add all ingredients into a shaker and vigorously dry-shake.

Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
3.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a brandied cherry (optionally).
