Celery salt

Celery salt is a seasoned salt used to flavor food. The main ingredient is table salt, and the flavoring agent is ground seeds from celery or its close lovage. It is also sometimes made using dried celery or seed oleoresin.

Expect from being low in sodium celery, salt is also heart-healthy. Celery has phthalides, which are known to lower blood flow and blood pressure by calming the tissues found in the arterial walls.
