The cocktail was created by the head bartender, Takumi Watanabe, in Japan. It has an aromatic flower-powered, sweet taste and is very similar to the Aviation cocktail.

| 1 1/2 ounce Gin | |
| 1/2 ounce Maraschino liqueur | |
| 1/6 ounce Parfait Amour | |
| 1/3 ounce Lemon juice | |
| 1 garnish Lemon peel |
Instructions
1.
Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2.
Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
3.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
4.
Serve and enjoy!
